Converted it to Excel for viewing, and I found that the interview scores really are decisive; the few with the lowest interview scores are precisely the ones who were rejected. 
I also happened to notice a problem… How could Minzu University of China actually send four people at once!? And two first places and two second places? Even if they were ties, it should at most be two first places and then two third places… this…
