Why design a way of posting submitted papers for peer review like this? My original intention was to strengthen communication within the forum, because the purpose of our forum is exchange first and scholarship second; its primary significance is to enhance communication among students in the history of science, technology, and philosophy in the Beijing area. And if our communication is limited to those dozen or so session presentations on the final day, that is quite limited. I hope that academic exchange can already begin during the review process. Although I had long kept a Feedburner email subscription link in the sidebar, no one ever used it, and Feedburner can’t send emails right away, so they’re also easily flagged as spam. WordPress Connect Weibo seems pretty good. It likewise provides the function of logging into the blog with various Weibo and Renren accounts, and it’s much easier to configure than EzEngage.
