    I had started looking forward to all kinds of carefree freedom after getting into graduate school, and to all the unknowns a year from now.   I have always liked waiting; when I meet people, I generally make a point of arriving ten minutes early.     A few days ago, just because I made a slip in trading, I cut my profits from more than 4,000 at the peak down to 2,500. Today at noon I was forced to go to school for a meeting. After the meeting, I went by Carrefour and a few other places to wander around for a bit, and only came back around 3 o’clock, just before the close.
